Stretch out on this remote property away from it all. This a place you can drive to in a four wheeled truck pulling a small trailer and just breathe for a week maybe a month. You might even decide to stay. Cattle and wild life move through frequently. It’s all open range unless you fence. The vistas are peaceful as they are refreshing. Lots of Juniper, gnarly Pinion and Caiti over rolling low hills. Fishing is about an hour south at Becker or Lyman Lake. At 6000 feet the summers are mild. This is mostly level property with hills and low mountain backdrops. Take off in any direction and see what arroyos and ridges hold in store. There are relics all over this vast open country. Affordable with dirt road access (some parts paved) from Hwy 191. Easy to get to. A few miles from Sanders and 40 miles north of St Johns.
